The aim of this paper was generating a short form the Positive Traits Inventory (PTI-5-SF) by means three consecutive studies, using cross-sectional design. first study tested psychometric properties shorter version PTI-5. Results showed that 25-item scale appropriate to capture five positive traits Personality Model (PPM). In secondstudy, PTI-5-SF used replicate analyses PPM and different job outcomes, such as performance, satisfaction, well-being. Here we found traits, measured theshort form, increased variance explained normal in all outcomes. third replicated explicative model academic achievement included background variables.
